At Old Mill Building Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our genuine thin brick and masonry materials. If your project needs change, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Ensure all brick products are securely repacked in their original packaging and palettes to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your return via a trackable carrier to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned materials to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
