What is the lead time for custom brick orders?
Most of our standard brick and stone products ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders or large-scale project quantities typically require 2-4 weeks for manufacturing and preparation.
Do you offer shipping for heavy masonry products?
Yes, we ship nationwide via LTL freight carriers. All orders are securely palletized and shrink-wrapped to ensure they arrive at your job site in perfect condition.
Can I return unused boxes of brick or tile?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
Are your thin bricks made from real clay?
Absolutely. Our thin bricks are kiln-fired and made from 100% genuine clay to provide the same durability and aesthetic as full-sized masonry.
How do I calculate how much material I need?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10% waste factor to account for cuts and breakage during installation. Our customer service team is available to help verify your calculations.
Do you provide installation services?
Old Mill Building Products is a material supplier only. However, we provide comprehensive installation guides and videos to assist you or your contractor through the process.
